Information: The RGM-79[G] GM Ground Type uses about 80% of the same materials used to make the RX-79[G] Gundam version, but the GM is actually cheaper to make and more powerful. It is still made of the same durable alloy as the Gundam, too. This unit was later on abandoned in favor of the cheaper RGM-79 GM, because it could do several other things than just fighting on the ground.
