Episode 2: Roar! The Super Punch That Seized the Dream!
The episode begins with a parade in New York for Neo America's Gundam Fighter Chibodee Crockett, and his Gundam Maxter. Domon sits in a bar watching the parade on television, as the bartender tells him how Chibodee used to be a local delinquint. A boy in the bar tells him of the boxing match between the colony champion, Chibodee, and the Earth champion. Chibodee's superiors warn him not to fight, as Domon, the man who overwhelmed the favored Neros Gundam, has been seen in the area. Chibodee doesn't care and wants to proceed with the fight. While the Earth champion is in his room warming up, Domon sneaks in through an air vent and knocks him out. Domon then waits in the ring to fight Chibodee in place of the Earth champion. While Chibodee is making poses in the ring, Domon rushes up to him and knocks him cold with an uppercut. Domon takes off his robe to reveal that he is not the Earth champion, and challenges Chibodee to a Gundam Fight. Chibodee tries to attack Domon, but every punch except for a glancing blow to the ribs is dodged by Domon. Domon then runs out of the arena. Chibodee is furious, and wants to set up the Gundam Fight. Domon and Rain are met in their hotel room by one of Chibodee's girls. She tells them that the fight is a go, and to meet at Broadway at eight. Chibodee's superiors are then talking on the phone to each other. One is with Chibodee's girl, and says that she has been invaluable. When Rain wakes up, she sees that Domon has left. She turns on the television to see that Chibodee and everyone else are waiting at the stadium for the fight, rather than Broadway. Domon is attacked at Broadway, and the fighting can be seen from the Stadium. Chibodee realizes that his superiors used him to set this up, so he gets in his Gundam Maxter and comes to Domon's aid. With all of the attckers taken care of, Domon and Chibodee engage in the Gundam Fight. Domon destroys the Maxter's right arm with his Shining Finger. Having lost the fight, Chibodee announces that he will be back, to realize the dreams of his town.
