While I'm still away and will be for some time I am able to at least do some quick updating and this is good because I wanted to get this stuff in before Gundam 00 Season 2 kicks in.
Gundam|News has an interesting bit from an interview with Tomino regarding his views on a "Live Action" Gundam movie:
"I had an interest in live action films several years before I was producing television shows. I wanted to make something like “Transformers” However, I thought that something like a live action movie wouldn’t last in those days since it would be restricted a lot by a sign of the times and fads. I’m not interested in live action films now because of that."
Interesting point though I personally don't fully agree with it. If you have somethig you'd like to add then why not hit the fourm and post about it. You can get to the thread right here.
In another bit of info, Gundam|news has some clues about the next Gundam series after Gundam 00 is done:
Kouryakukan reports in one of their lastest postings (Gundam Ace Part II posting) that the 30th anniversary Gundam will be a “surprise project” when they announce what it’ll be in the spring of 2009 after the second season of Gundam 00 ends its run. Gundam|News will keep on top of the news and information as it becomes available.
Could this be finally the long awaited anime version of Crossbone? A new UC series? Another different AU? If you want to get in on the discussion fun then you can post on the forum right here.
Finally, just before Gundam 00 season 2 starts we get some updated and cleaned up pics of Gundam 00 characters from Season 1 along with a few pics of the Gundam 00 Season 2 mecha. All pics are care of Josh who has really gone above and beyond here. Great job Josh and thanks.

I wanted to get this update done before I take off for a bit.
Today's update is to the character section for Gundam 00 as some details has been released regarding some more characters for the upcoming season. Since there's too many to list why not head over to the Gundam 00 Character page to check out the new profiles.
That's it, see you all in 2 weeks or so though I should be around the forum in some way.

Not much update wise but some site cleaning with an addition to the links section. That addition of course being "Gundam|News" which everyone hopes will do as good as job as Gunota did. For those curious, it's run by Deacon Blues who is fairly well known for his work in translating on some various Gundam related projects over the years so this definitely isn't some fly by night operation so I encourage everyone to at least check the site out.
Here's hoping that Gundam|News can really fill the gap that the loss of Gunota has created.
I also did some work with the news archive section but that's nothing you'll really notice unless you pay conatant attention to it.
